Refund Policy for AB Digital
At AB Digital, we strive to provide the best digital services to our customers. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a specific refund policy in place. Please review the following terms for refunds:
1. Digital Subscription Memberships
Once a membership login has been created and the account is successfully activated, no refunds will be issued. If the login has not been completed or the membership account is not activated, we will issue a full refund upon request.
2. Followers and Likes Services
- Service Drops: If the followers or likes on your account drop after the service has been provided, we offer a refill of the service to restore the lost numbers. We do not provide refunds for drops in followers or likes.
- Order Not Started: If an order for followers or likes has not been started, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must wait for the cancellation process to be completed. Refunds are not issued immediately upon cancellation.
3. Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds are not processed immediately. We require time to verify the request, and refunds will be processed within a reasonable period based on the nature of the service or order.
